Book engineer

How can I book an engineer my box isn’t working and we’ve tried everything online

Hi you normally have to phone so they can go through the motions on it checking this and that and asking you questions, then when they realise that nothing can be done they will then arrange an appointment with a engineer. Regards Micky

Engineers are booked by VM faults staff once they're satisfied one is required. You've not said what your issue is - perhaps one of us can help?
