Our box came up with “the green screen of death” a week ago and today a technician came out and had to replace the box. It was working well after he left but now the guide, my shows, home and any writing is all fuzzy. I think the picture might be slightly fuzzy too but it’s not obvious like it is on the guide. The remote wasn’t programmed to adjust the volume so I’ve changed that since he left but that’s it.

Sorry to hear you are having issues with your TV visuals since your appointment. We can understand this is not ideal. Just to confirm, do you get this on every channel? Have you also checked that the cabling between your TV box and your TV is secure- especially the HDMI cable?
