Blank screen

Hi, 

Firstly I have been trying to get an answer for this for months. I have complained, rang probably about 100 times if not more! Sometimes I got an answer probably about once or twice and the others didn't get through to anyone!, I've had no tv for months now and just want an resolution.

I have the sound but no picture and I have the menus. Virgin media have sent out a new tivo box, ive bought a new high speed hdmi cable. Reset the box several times. 

I have a v6 tivo box and a Samsung uhd curved. I just need some kind of response even if it takes weeks!

Have you tried a factory reset on your TV?
