Blank screen

All my channels are blank and I can hear the sound of each of them coming through. The Virgin tv menu etc is still coming on screen. I’ve checked the service in my area and it’s good, rebooted about 6 times. I ran a test and 3 times it’s said ‘there’s a problem we’re trying to sort it for you’ but nothings being done!! Anyone know what’s going on or what to do?

Hi there,

Please can you try removing the hdmi cable then putting it back in.

Once done press home button

Video output 

If it says 2160p on video output format un tick these and change to 1080p and continue and follow the instructions.
