Blank screen

My V6 box was unplugged during a stay in hospital, and now it won’t work 😞

I’ve gone through the initial welcome set up, everything connected ok (reg the WiFi hub & tv speed test etc) but after the ‘A-ok let’s go!’ message, my screen goes blank and nothing else happens  😞 

I’ve tried different HDMI leads & sockets. Ive tried the magical ‘switch it off and back on again’ trick, and also the hard reset (standby button & + at the same time, whilst turning box back on) but yet, nothing has worked 😞 

unfortunately, I’m unable to call the customer service team at the moment as my house phone is broken, and I don’t have the means right now, to be able to contact them on my mobile phone. So I’d really appreciate it if there was someone on here who could help me with this?
