Blank screen-no wake-up

intermittently does not wake-up only shows blank screen. Have to reset box each time.

As a starter for six, what're your power saving options set to?

Home > Help & Settings > Settings > Device > Power saving.

I'm sorry to hear about your TV Box issue and appreciate it must be frustrating for you when you need to reset the box. I've had a look at your details using the information we have on here and I've ordered a replacement TV Box for you which should arrive within 5 days. Due to the current restrictions in place, please allow a few more days just in case and do let us know how it goes.
