Hi ordered my parents virgin and they have 2 v6 the one down stairs was set up, but we did not have a tv for upstairs but I have bought them one and set it up but there is nothing but a blank screen so I try it down stairs and the same thing not sure what to do many thanks
Any equipment that VM supply, is intended for activation fairly soon after delivery. If it's left too long (often around 30days or longer) it may become deactivated. That can only be rectified by calling C/S with your box details.
A blank screen could also be indicative of the wrong HDMI input being selected on your TV.
