Black screen

Any help appreciated, out of the blue I have a black screen, can here tv perfect, changing channels etc. The TV works as I can put roku box on and the picture works. Any advice appreciated! So strange!

Can you view the menu system and EPG?

Are you able to toggle the box off/on - either into & out of standby, or if no joy - restarting it?

Thanks so much, I ended up doing an old school on off at the plug and it's now working!
