Hope I’m in the right place. I have a virgin TiVo box. Since last night all the menus work but when selecting a channel or on demand service I’m met with a black screen and no sound output. I’ve changed all video settings, and also changed the hdmi cable and hdmi ports but still no luck. I know it’s not the tv it self as all apps on the tv play fine.
any help will be heatedly appreciated(have 2 children who are going crazy over the possibility of not watching tv at Xmas)
