Why do I get a black screen and have to reset my virgin box every time I want to watch on demand.
It may be due to your HDMI cables which can cause issues watching On Demand and make the screen go black. error-codes/604 ( ignore the error message on this link) and also virgin-tv-watching-4k-ultra-hd-content
