I occasionally go to watch a recording on my V6, only to get a black screen, although the audio plays. If I then reboot the V6, the recording plays normally. Is this a known problem, or do I need to book an engineer's appointment?
Sorry to hear about that - sounds frustrating. My black screen is now linked to the problem of power supply. I haven't heard of your issue before. Maybe you could live chat virgin in case they can adjust your box remotely.
