I have just changed to a new TV V6 box and have followed all the instructions regards setting up.
The Welcome screen appears followed by starting up, after a few minutes the screen goes black. The setup (TV) has now been on for well over an hour and still no change.
Has anyone else had this problem?
Do you have both connections present? The old TiVo box only needed the incoming coax for TV & internet, the new V6 needs separate ones.
The coax carries the TV signal, you need a connection to your homehub for the internet. Ethernet is ideal, but WiFi can work - are both present & correct?
