Virgin TV keeps going black screen but with sound, only way to reset is to switch off then on again but only stays on for few minutes

Can I please just confirm with you:
- Have you been experiencing some broadband issues as well as the Tivo issues?
- Is this occurring with one of our Tivo boxes or a V6 box?
- Have you switched the box off, unplugged and reinserted all the cables going to and from the Tivo box before switching this back on?

Broadband has not been perfect all the time but dont think that the issue as I can watch Amazon Prime through a Firestick with no issues on TV
Have switched off and left for a period and also changed HDMI cable to brand new one
I have also changed video input settings as suggested on forum
In that case I'd like to take a look into the account to investigate further.
