Black Screen on TV

Hi all, I was watching with no problem a programme on Netflix, then all of a sudden my tv screen went black but did have sound. I believe it is the TiVo box at fault as I tested my tv without the TiVo box on, and the tv works perfectly. Has anybody had this problem tonight with theirs?

Do you have the same problem with other apps such as BBC iPlayer?

We're sorry to hear you were having issues with your picture when watching Netflix on Monday. 

Taking a look at things this end, everything is looking good. Power and signal levels are in spec, tuners too. 

Is this happening on all apps or just Netflix? Do you notice this happening on live TV or Catch up content too? 

There may be a fault with the HDMI cable or port. Please try replacing this and popping it into a different port on your TV.
