We're sorry to hear you were having issues with your picture when watching Netflix on Monday.
Taking a look at things this end, everything is looking good. Power and signal levels are in spec, tuners too.
Is this happening on all apps or just Netflix? Do you notice this happening on live TV or Catch up content too?
There may be a fault with the HDMI cable or port. Please try replacing this and popping it into a different port on your TV.
