What is going on, I've noticed "other charges" a charge of £134.95.
I had a TiVO box that developed a fault, I rang support, they told me the TiVO couldn't be fixed, so it would need to be replaced, they no longer do the TiVO boxes it would have to be a V6 +, "Normally this would incur charges, but because we are swapping faulty equipment there will be no fees"
It was a self install, nobody came out, so what is this charge for? Is it a hidden fee of £134.95? I hope this is removed as a matter of urgency!
Can we please confirm if the agent advised if this amount would be credited on the account to remove the fee? As if so, this would still show on the bill itself but will be credited so that a lesser amount will come out of your account on the pay date.
