Back button won't work when in Amazon prime

When I watch anything on Amazon prime the back button on my virgin remote does not work,  so I have to exit the channel completely and then re-enter via the red button - it's annoying!!

It works for me. Have you tried changing the batteries?

The button which says 'back' seems to work fine here - the other back button '|<-' does not
