BT SPORT ULTIMATE

I have seen loads of posts for this juddering picture issue. Mine is still doing it, numerous resets, reboots, software updates. STILL doing it and it seems very little is being done to address it. We have the V6 box, 1gig broadband etc. the channel is virtually unwatchable. Anyone else still affected by this???

 

I got an email from virgin about essential work this Thursday but they weren’t specific on what the work would improve. Status update says all fine in my area. This picture is such a pain.

You should get another email informing you of the end of the works. Reboot the hub and V6, and if the problem persists report it.
