BT sport s W02 error - can’t get through to Virgin

I’m getting intermittent service or pixelisation on BT Sport 2 and sometimes 3. Annoyingly it seems to happen when I want to watch it record MotoGP.  I’ve done online tests. I’ve restarted the box twice. I’ve tried ringing the support line twice and have hung on for 30 – 35 mins each time. I’ve tried all the online support and done the tests (all fine). I’ve tweeted for help (no response). Then found a phone number that you can text and they get back to you. They’ve been texting me since Sunday saying they’ll get back to me in 4 hours.  They just get back saying they haven’t heard from me and do I still have a problem. This morning they text asking if I was home and I said yes. Then followed a text saying they hadn’t heard from me for awhile.  I’ve raised a formal complaint and I’ve feedback to the survey about the online service that I was sent. I don’t know what else I can do.  Is anyone aware of anything else I could do (other than leave Virgin and go to BT)? Thanks
