It has been like this for a while . I have rebooted many times.
Checking W02 said to check my cables which I did And all the connections are tight, but if it was the cable why only one channel. Tried to ring VM but deflected to automated system which said it had checked my system and found nothing wrong.
Can anyone help.
Sorry to say, but you'll need to callback and tell the automated system that the attempts to remotely fix your issue didn't work.. and to speak to an agent.
If you have any of the following channels, I'd suggest checking them too - BBC4-HD shares a broadcast frequency with these and would also be affected by a signal fault which this message is reporting.
Sky Sports Mix HD, TJC HD, Sky Sports Arena HD, CBBC HD, CBeebies HD, Sky Sports Golf HD, Sky Arts HD
