Ok so we moved house last weekend and now none of my BBC Series links are working.
this isn’t one’s I’ve recorded in the past but ones I’ve just set up this last week. It says they’re recorded but when I go to view them I get the Virgin cannot play BBC HD message that’s connected to the channel numbers being changed.
how do I get to watch them?
what’s going on?
I don’t want to have to spend more time waiting for VM to get back to me…it took them 2+ hrs to connect the broadband after I’d done the connection myself then another couple of hours to get the tv working!
that’s after the 4 hrs waiting for them to reinstate the discount that they stopped when we moved house!
I’m really starting to hate VM. Do I just give up n watch everything via iplayer?

Can you give some specific examples? Perhaps post up the SL details for what's not working.
How far have you moved, are you within the same BBC region? And did you take your existing V6 with you?
