Hi, my son has got hold of the TV remote and managed to change the display settings on the BBC iPlayer app so that it appears the screen has been moved 'up' and we can only see the bottom half of the picture in the top half of the screen. Normally I would be able to work out what he has done and fix it, however I can not see any of the settings options. 

Everything else (TV, Netflix, other catch up services) works fine, just BBC iPlayer.

Any ideas?

Hi was it the TV remote or the virgin box one, usually if a wrong button is pressed if you press it again it goes back to the original setting, is he old enough to ask which remote and what button, you could try rebooting the box to see if it brings it back. Regards Micky
