Welcome back to our Community - I was sorry to understand that you're having some issues with some OnDemand content currently. Are you getting any error messages when trying to open iPlayer? Are you able to select a show to view?
What happens with ITV and All4? Any content in particular you're having issues with?
I have been able to locate your account from your forum information and can see that you've rebooted your V6 box within the last couple of days; the signal levels of the box are looking to be within the parameters we would expect and there are currently no known area issues that we can see.
On the other hand, it has been around 3 half weeks since your Hub was rebooted - please can you reboot the hub for us as soon as you can, that would be great. Once everything is back up and running, please run through the following steps to attempt to connect the box to the network
Home> Help&Settings> Settings> Network> Connect to Virgin Media Service Now
