V6 box won’t boot up - broadband and phone Ok, have re-started everything and checked all connections as suggested. Can’t get through on phone - no outages reported in my area. Suspect box is broken - help please?

When you say the V6 won't boot up - is it stuck in the reboot cycle or are there some different symptoms?
