I'm having issues with my V6 box when watching BT Sport Ultimate (ie 4K with Dolby Digital Plus audio). It doesn't happen with any other channel, or any other source. I've tried all the usual things, changing settings, playing audio via TV and via my AV Receiver, restarting, changing settings etc etc.
Has anyone else had this issue and managed to solve it?
I'd be happy if I could delete the channel and just record from the HD channel instead! But you can't exclude channels from a series link (only reduce it to one single channel, which I don't want to do, and select between SD or HD, not HD and 4K).
I have the same issue and I only get the sports package for Rugby.
If we all requested that Virgin Give a credit to people who are suffering from this issue I am sure they would sort this out. Looking on line this has been going on for nearly 2 years and is unacceptable customer care.
