I recently changed my package to remove our Virgin TV.
I got a text saying I was to return the v6 box, and that Virgin would be sending out a prepaid box in order for me to sent it back through Collect+
I haven't actually received the prepaid box yet, and I got a text saying in just over a weeks time I would be charged for the box?
Could I have another pre-paid postage box sent out to me please, and have the box charge put on hold since I do intend to return it?...
