Apps not working

Hi,

Since yesterday my Virgin Media apps like BBC iPlayer, Netflix and YouTube have stopped working. Please advise. I have checked the network settings and there doesn't seem to be an issue with the network.

Please advise.

Could try remaking the network connection. Is it by wifi or ethernet cable?

Switch V6 and Hub off and unplug for 5 minutes. Restart the Hub and wait until it establishes internet connection on other devices. Then plug in the V6 and start it up - see that it connects ok to the network.
