Apps not working (A01). Have tried all the recommended solutions

Suddenly no apps responding showing code (A01 ). Tried various suggestion via help settings menu, unit is connected tightly...

box recording perfectly well. Recordings playing as expected, one light on on the tv box, a white power light, broadband is wall to wall as is internet upload and download.

Hi Iain,

sorry to see you are having issues with the apps. This is probably because you have lost the network connection. Please try the following :-

Using your TV box remote:

  1. Select the home button
  2. Use the directional buttons to select Help & Settings
  3. Select Settings
  4. Select Network
  5. Select Connection in progress: get status or Connect to the Virgin Media Service now
