I have tried to get onto the bbciplayer, amazon prime video and YouTube and neither of these apps are working, I get a spinning wheel then it kicks me back to the menu
Can you watch OnDemand programmes ok? That helps prove the internet connection
Have you tried rebooting your box via Home > Help & Settings > Clear or restart

I am sorry about the issues you are having with your apps.
