When I select 'Apps & Games' on my virgin box, nothing happens - I cannot access 'my favourite apps' or 'all apps'. I have reset the box but it does not seem to be working. It was fine earlier today before I had a power cut - any ideas?

It is a V6. The problem has now resolved itself. Maybe it just needed time to reload everything after the outage. Took more than 30 minutes though.
