Hi all, was watching NETFLIX when it suddenly stopped working, tried going back in but wont load, tried Amazon iplayer YouTube Nothing works!!
Went to do the Status test on Virgins site, will not even start, broadband is ok but not TV? WHY is this always happening?
ethernet cable from hub 3 also coax from wall to V6, this is always happening apps being dropped, won't load. Do OFF/ON and most times all ok again :-).
Virgin should be doing their updates around 3 am when most people are asleep not waiting for you to have a problem and getting you to restart the box.
Thanks for posting. My apologies for the TV issue. Is it updates that are happening, that are causing this? I am sorry for the timing of those if this is the case.
