I’m unable to open the apps in the tv for Netflix, prime, tv hub and all the othe apps? Can you confirm why this is and if there is a problem to fix them.

What happens when you try to load them?
Are you able to watch OnDemand programmes ok? Try finding a programme in the TV guide and clicking "watch from CatchUp" if you're not sure.

Thank you for the reply m. When I click on each of them it’s blank. I’ve gone onto catch up and it’s the same. I was able to go on demand and just watch something on fox
If OnDemand works, then your box's internet connection isn't the issue.
Try restarting - Home > Help & Settings > Clear or restart my TiVo
