Another house

My parents will have to come and stay at my house, I have virgin in my house and a cable in my spare room can they bring there v6 box down to use

No - their V6 will be registered to VM's network at their address.

They could use the TV Go app on any compatible device, if they have a higher package than you.

The first thing VM TV equipment does when you switch on is check its account details against:

1) The hub it is connected too.

2) The local fibre node on the network segment it’s connected too.

If these do not match what is on your account then it’s likely deactivation will result, as you are not allowed to use equipment at any other location to that which it is registered.
