Amber Light?

Can't access TV at all and there is a permanent Amber light?

 

Any help?

Hi llemmacs,

 You should perform a full reset

Switch off the box at the back, then hold the power button and the + button, switch the box back on, still holding the 2 buttons in, then release a couple of seconds after the welcome.screen appears. Give it 10 minutes and it should work.

Hi again llemmacs,

you either need to call this in as a TV Fault, or wait and see if Forum Staff pick this up.

Call  150 from your Virgin landline, or 0345 454 1111, but best to call at 8am to avoid call queues

You could try the text messaging service.

Just send  a text with a description of TV Fault  to 07533 051809. Your message will go into a queue and a representative will respond to you as soon as possible. This method isn't ideal as it will take a few days.

Tried calling, but automated couldn't find a fault when they ran tests, and they said goodbye!
