I've just checked Prime and it's working fine for me.

I'm in the 'WN1' area, have you checked if there are any issues in your postcode, it might explain the issue?

What's the problem you're having? You've not said.

Do other streaming services and/or OnDemand work? That's a good test of whether the internet connection is the problem.

I am sorry to hear you were experiencing issues with Amazon Prime, are you still having this issue today?

If so, can you please expand on what has been happening? Also, if you could confirm the information requested by japitts, it would be helpful in working towards a fix 🙂
