In the last few weeks I have been unable to watch any video TV program via the Amazon app on my V6 box. It's been fine for ages.
I select a program to watch click ok. I get the spinning white icon and then a few seconds later the message "something went wrong" please try later.... Ok. This look like a error message from the app. All other methods I have work fine.
Judging by social media comment Virgin have a big problem with lots of people not able to link to Amazon prime and Netflix time to switch. I try rebooting router and V6 but I think this is a capacity issue as its starts playing up at peak times
