Hey everyone forgive me if this has been answered already but I couldn't find the answer in the threads. I got Virgin installed two days ago, everything is working 100% apart from Amazon Prime TV when I click in through the app on the V6 box. It opens prime up and I can see everything however when I click to watch anything I get a message saying "something went wrong, please try again later or visit amazon. Com/help"
Is there something that needs updated or turned on or is there something I am doing wrong?
Hi did Amazon come free for 12 months as a result of you signing up for Virgin, if so you should receive a code from virgin to activate it, this should happen after the 14 day cooling off period has expired as virgin don't want people getting prime for a year and cancelling virgins service imediantly.Regards Micky
I also have existing prime account, i can use on all other devices quite happily. Just get the same message as you when i try to watch anything on Prime. When i look at my prime account on my pc, sadly it thinks i have watched anything i have clicked on via my TiVo (but not been able to watch)
I have registered, de-registered and re-registered via Virgin but makes no difference
