Amazon prime not working on V6 box

Hey everyone forgive me if this has been answered already but I couldn't find the answer in the threads. I got Virgin installed two days ago, everything is working 100% apart from Amazon Prime TV when I click in through the app on the V6 box. It opens prime up and I can see everything however when I click to watch anything I get a message saying "something went wrong, please try again later or visit amazon. Com/help"

Is there something that needs updated or turned on or is there something I am doing wrong?

Your Hub isn't in modem mode by any chance is it ?

If so see this thread from message 10 onwards

Hi did Amazon come free for 12 months as a result of you signing up for Virgin, if so you should receive a code from virgin to activate it, this should happen after the 14 day cooling off period has expired as virgin don't want people getting prime for a year and cancelling virgins service imediantly.Regards Micky

No mate I already had prime before getting virgin! Still haven't got the problem sorted despite spending time on with their technical support team.

Im having the same issue.  Did you get an answer? 

I also have existing prime account, i can use on all other devices quite happily.  Just get the same message as you when i try to watch anything on Prime.  When i look at my prime account on my pc, sadly it thinks i have watched anything i have clicked on via my TiVo (but not been able to watch) 

I have registered, de-registered and re-registered via Virgin but makes no difference

How did you resolve?

I didn’t as it’s not an Amazon prime issue- I can watch prime on all other devices, except the TiVo 

I have however been all over the website but there is nothing that addresses this problem

Can you advise how I get TiVo to actually play the prime videos?
