I have been a virgin customer for 2 days. Amazon prime was working ok but now when I select a show I get a black screen and no content. Other apps are working fine.

Very sorry to hear that the Prime Video app isn't working for you, this ins't good.
Is it still an issue since you posted?
If so are you able to reboot the box for me?
Can you also check all connections at the back of the box are tight and secure?
Are you able to scroll through the menu with the pictures, but as soon as you pick one to watch it's a black screen?
Do you hear sound at all with a black screen or just nothing at all?
