Trying to watch content via the Amazon app on V6 box. Programs keep stalling and losing sync with sound and image. Ongoing issue by the looks of things and I can’t find a resolution here. Have tried resets and changing the settings on the TV etc.
Netflix and YouTube work fine so it not the speed. Used the Amazon app on my smart TV without an issue before switching to Virgin so that’s making it more frustrating!
Any suggestions appreciated or is this just an ongoing issue with Virgin?
