Amazon Prime

Hi There. I have A tivo box and am a Amazon Prime member. I have conected AP to my TV using the code supplied by Amazon. When I go to the AP App I can see all the options of what to watch but when I choose one (any of them) i get a "Thinking about it" circle and then it justs says "cannot connect please try later".  Tried "later" on numerous occasions but still will not work. Can connect other Apps, Netflix BBC on demand etc no problem.

Have tried rebotting TV and the Hub.  Any ideas please??

Im confused, you have posted this message in the V6 section, you said you have a tivo but your trying to access the app via your TV?
