I have an Amazon Prime account
My V6 box has a link to Amazon Prime at channel 205.
Until this week that link worked fine.
Now when I select a video the screen shows a blue box which asks me to "sign up for Prime Video" as if I was a new customer.
As previously stated, I am already have a Prime account and had access via channel 205 until this week.
I reset the V6 box via settings --- that didn't work
I rebooted by turning off at the box -- that didn't work.
What do I need to do to get my access to Prime back
Have you tried it from the Apps. I have it saved as a favourite APP. It worked fine last night.

Try deregistering the V6 from your Amazon Prime Video account.
Log into Amazon on tablet or PC.
Open the Prime Video tab and then go to settings->Your Devices.
Find the V6 and deregister it.
Try accessing the Amazon app again on the V6. It should give you a code that you enter on the website.

I seem to be in a catch22 situation
The V6 box shows the sign up box for a new customer.
Going to the web page shown www.amazon.co.uk/watchonvirginmedia just provides marketing links.
Going to My Devices gives me the option to register a new device. There is no virgin device shown at the moment.
If I try to register my V6 box it asks me to enter the code shown on my TV which takes me back to the begining.
It looks like I will need to contact Virgin direct

I have the app.
I have prime on my phone, my tablet and my pc without any problems.
I used to have it on virgin until a couple of weeks ago.
My apologies, I meant the app on the Virgin Media Box.
I have the app on the V6 box but it does the same as trying to access via channel 205.
