Same here Area 30, using both the app and via Channel 228. There are a few area errors so may be connected.
You might be seeing error message Various error codes on screen when trying to use your on demand and catch up services just now.
You might find that the sound on channel 419 Movies 24, 420 Movies 24+ & 136 SYFY+1 on your Virgin TV or TiVo® service is poor or missing at the moment.
