Amazon Prime Pic Quality

Watching tennis on Amazon Prime via v6 app.

Picture is jerky, quality not good at all.

Only got this issue with Amazon, other services pic quality as good as ever.

Any thoughts? Is it n Amazon issue?

Re: Amazon Prime Pic Quality

Not an Amazon issue, I think, as I am watching it with no issue.

That would suggest the issue is with the V6’s broadband connection.

How is your V6 connected to your Hub 3.0? Direct Ethernet cable or WiFi?

Re: Amazon Prime Pic Quality

Part of the issue might be that the Prime broadcast on the V6 is only at 25 frames per second, hence you can get blur trying to see the ball.

If you watch Prime via their firestick the broadcast uses 50 frames per second, hence the quality is much better.

Re: Amazon Prime Pic Quality

I suspected it was something to do with Amazon pic quality.

Hope they improve it when Prem league football matches start.
