Amazon Prime Channel 228 not working

Hi.

I can open the Amazon Prime App on channel 228 and it then says Press Red which takes me to the Amazon main menu, if I then select let’s say The Grand Tour it takes me to all the episodes of The Grand Tour it then knows which episodes I have watched and even which episodes are part watched on the App on my Samsung 4k TV. If I then select the episode I want to watch the rotating circle comes up in the centre of the screen and then nothing, it eventually times out and says visit Amazons help page which doesn’t even mention anything about problems with the V6 box.

All my details are entered correctly and I have rebooted the V6 box twice, the app on the Samsung 4k TV works fine with the details I have entered. Can anyone help me on this one.

What settings do you have on the V6 for your Video Output?

Video Output set at 2160p.

Do you have 2160p and 2160p passthru ticked as well?

Only the 2160p is ticked not 2160p passthru.

Tick both 2160 and 2160 passthru - and re-try.

I was one in front of you I have just done what you said both 2160p and 2160p passthru and it still does not work!

Something which did work for somebody else to to do the automatic setup for Video Output - see if that works for you?

Hi ozsat.

Just run the auto setup and it has set it back to 2160p which is what I set it to manually in the first place, still dosen't work!

What model tv is it ?
