I have been watching Amazon Prime on my V6 box and had to go out of it to watch something else. Now when I try to go back in I only get a black screen!!

I'm really sorry you're having some issues with the Amazon Prime app, this isn't good.

I've tried to run some checks from here but I'm unable to reach the box, can you advise if it's currently switched on?
If it's off please can you pop it back on and we can take it from there.

This is a common issue here resolved for a while by rebooting the V6.
