Hello
Does anyone have an suggestions for fixing Amazon prime app on my virgin media box which seemly stopped working about a day ago?
The app loads and i can browse content but nothing plays just displays the attached message.
I have restarted the virgin box, router, switched off for a few minutes and have logged out of amazon prime and registered the virgin box again to no avail.

Sorry to hear you have been having issues with the Amazon prime app on your TV box. We can understand the frustration caused and want to best help.
