This is now day three of no tv service, gone from screen being pixilated to black screen with no sound. Today no landline or internet. Been told it could take until Tuesday to rectify. there’s apparently been a problem since 23rd April, hence intermittent pixilation. This is not acceptable and I’ve told I expect a substantial reduction on my bill not just the usual fiver. I am in the Wigan area.

Apologies for the trouble you've had with your TV service. It's certainly longer than we'd like you to be without the service & we do appreciate the frustration this may cause. Once the issue is resolved we can ensure you're reimbursed for loss of service as per the terms & conditions for using the service.
