All on demand & apps never work

Since a week after having virgin installed our catch up, apps don’t work just keeps saying call 150 this is driving me mad

If you go to HOME > Help and settings > Settings > Network.  What does it say here?  Is it connected with an IP address?

Which TV box do you have? If you're not sure, check here 

If you have a V6, checking (and reporting back on) the network connections screen as suggested by @Richw1982 is an excellent place to start.

Thanks for reaching out to us in our community and welcome, sorry to hear you aren't abler to watch apps and on demand.
