All my apps on my V6 box have stopped working...

All my apps on my V6 box have stopped working...

I've tried restarting my superhub 3, and tried the "home/settings/tests" as stated elsewhere but they still don't work. 

It said the port configuration tests failed and I need to open numerous tcp ports on my router? How do I do that?

Thanks so much for popping along to our Community Forums - sorry that you're having some issues with the apps via your V6 Box. 

 

When you advise they are not working, can you let us know what is happening when you try and use them? What apps are you having issues with and how are you attempting to access?

Can you also try and connect the V6 box to the network using the following instructions and let us know if that works?

 

Home> Help&Settings> Settings> Network> Connect to Virgin Media Service Now
 

Pop back when you can and we'll assist further if needed.
