All catch up shows are jumpy and pixelated

Firstly I think it's V6 box. Cleverly there's no markings on the front or on the spec. Excellent start!

So whenever we watch catch-up it seems to jump and pixelates. Really annoying. 

Any ideas?

TV - make/model (4K?)?
Hub model ?
Have you tried a new high spec HDMI cable?
If a V6 - how is it connected to the Hub - ethernet or wifi?
