I have 3 TVs all with V6 boxes. All 3 have become pixelated on all channels so we can not watch anything. I assume it must be something to do with the signal coming into the property.
What can I do please?
You can call 0800 5610061 to check if there are any known issues in your area that could be causing it.
If that draws a blank, you should call Virgin faults - 150 from a VM phone, 0345 4541111 from any other phone, to report your TV service fault. You probably need an engineer visit.

I have called the service line and there are no faults in my area.
I am on hold to 150 now and have been for a long time. Is there an email where I can report this please?
No, there isn't an email address. You can try the text message service (07533 051809) but that can take a day or so.
I'd recommend staying with the call queue if possible.
In this day and age you would expect an email contact wouldn't you.
Anyway, I held on the phone which eventually picked up and an engineer is coming out tomorrow. Looks like it's hardware related.
